Subject: Worrying difficulties connected
with Royal Mail deliveries, and with the search for a human-rights
lawyer.
Date: Sat, 21 Dec 2002 14:35:50 +0000
Dear Mrs Blair,
Please find below the text of a letter I sent
earlier today to Mr Blair – which I believe is self explanatory.
Any help you may be able to provide would be very
much appreciated.
Sincerely,
William Finnerty.
PS: The Royal Mail reference number for the
letter I sent "Special Delivery" to Mr Blair at his 10 Downing Street
London address earlier today is: SU 4295 2616 0GB. It has been insured
for consequential loss of £10,000.

To: Prime Minister Tony Blair MP, 10 Downing
Street, London, SW1A 2AA.
Dear Mr Blair,
RE: Worrying difficulties
connected with Royal Mail deliveries,
and with the search for a human-rights lawyer.
I have been having a lot of very peculiar
difficulties in recent months regarding a number of letters I have
sent through the Royal Mail “Special Delivery” service.
Though I have been trying to get help from two of
your MP colleagues (Department of Social Security Minister Andrew Smith MP, and Mr Paul Marsden MP
for Shrewsbury) for the past several weeks, I have arrived at the
conclusion - based on their responses - that they are probably unable
to help.
Consequently, I have now decided to contact you
regarding the matters in question.
Immediately following some lengthy private
discussion (involving legal advice) which I had with an experienced
judge who works in mainland Europe, I sent a CD ROM containing
irrefutable evidence of State corruption to the London address of
Amnesty International UK on October 14 2002.
Twelve days later (i.e. October 26 2002), after
Amnesty told me they NOT received the CD ROM evidence I sent to them,
I then wrote to the London Metropolitan Police Service to request
their help. My letter to the Police included two further copies of the
CD ROM evidence I had earlier sent to Amnesty International.
The London Metropolitan Police Service has
informed me on a number of occasions (by e-mail) that they also did
NOT receive the CD ROM evidence I sent in the Royal Mail “Special
Delivery” letter I sent to them on October 26 2002.
Copies of the Royal Mail receipts I received for
the two letters mentioned above (to Amnesty International and the
London Police) can be seen at the following www page address:
http://www.finnachta.com/Royal_Mail_1_.htm
On November 15 2002, after having been strung
along by a number of vague and evasive replies from Royal Mail
personnel regarding the matter, I finally decided to submit a formal
insurance claim to Royal Mail for the letter I sent to The London
Metropolitan Police Service on October 26 2002 – which was insured for
consequential loss of £10,000.
To date, I have not received any insurance
payment from Royal Mail; and, I am still finding it extremely
difficult to get any information of real substance from them regarding
the matter. When I last inquired (some days ago) at the main
Shrewsbury Post Office - where the letter to the London Metropolitan
Police Service was posted on October 26 last - the lady I sought help
from sharply informed me: “We cannot get involved anymore in this
matter.”
Much of the evidence contained on the copies of
the CD ROM sent to Amnesty International and the London Metropolitan
Police Service can be found at the two web site addresses provided
below. (Please note that for technical reasons the most recent updates
are appearing at the
www.finnachta.com site only at the present time.)
I am copying this letter to Mrs Blair because, as
she is a senior State lawyer (I have been informed), I am hoping that
she might be able to help in some way with the fact that for a long
time now I have been having major problems trying to find a
human-rights lawyer willing to defend my legal rights and interests -
as can be seen from several of the pages at the two web site addresses
provided below.
As I trust both you and Mrs Blair will
understand, I have reached a point whereby I now feel forced to try
unconventional ways of finding the “human-rights” type of legal help I
so badly need: in circumstances where the normal approaches do not
appear to be producing anything at all for me in the way of useful
results.
I would be very grateful to you if you could see
to it that the highly anomalous and very sinister situation outlined
above regarding Amnesty International, the London
Metropolitan Police Service, and the Royal Mail is
rectified as soon as possible please. To me, it feels like
“the dark forces which we do not understand”
are very definitely at work in this
particular piece of business.
Rightly or otherwise, I strongly suspect that
“the dark forces” are nothing more than the output of a relatively
small collection of extremely arrogant people who have long been strongly
attached (or wholly addicted possibly?) to the very sickening
anti-social habit of putting themselves above the law in ways which
are at the expense of others: and who are STILL being allowed to get
away with it – even though laws abound (i.e. in connection with
“neglect of duty”, “dereliction of duty”, and so on) which could be
used to ensure the activities of such people are kept within their
rightful legal limits.
Any helpful guidance which you or Mrs Blair might
also be able to provide regarding my ongoing difficulty with finding a
human-rights lawyer would be very much appreciated as well please.
Sincerely,
William Finnerty.
