Dear Ms Scott, Thank you for your recent e-mail.
As you suggested, I have written to Mr Hugh Mills and a copy of my
letter to him dated January 11th 2005 can be seen at the following www
address:
http://www.constitutionofireland.com/HughMillsSperrinLakelandTrust.htm There is also a backup copy of the above mentioned letter at the following
Internet location:
I have received a reply from Ms Eavan MacSherry (Personal Assistant to Mr
Mills); and, she has informed me that although Mr Mills is on leave, she
has shared my e-mail of January 11th with the Complaints team - and
requested them to follow it up.
While I find this very helpful, I would like to ask you and your
colleagues to please note that my difficulty with Dr Foster is just
part of a much larger problem, and I have tried to indicate that in my e-mail to Mr
Mills.
It is my hope that I will receive some help from the Northern Ireland
Ombudsman's office with all aspects of the overall problem which I could not
reasonably be expected to deal with entirely on my own.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
