Help sought from European Union (RE: cryptosporidium outbreak in Galway)

I have very recently received a mobile-phone "text" message which I believe has come from you, and which seeks information regarding my attempts to get help from the European Union regarding difficulties I have experienced with unlawful sewage discharges in County Galway (Republic of Ireland).

Before finishing, I would like to state that I am not in the least surprised by the sewage-related "cryptosporidium" public-health problems which Galway is now experiencing. In fact, my only real surprise is that something of this nature has not happened long before now.

Please note, for example, that my MANY unsuccessful efforts to date to resolve the unlawful sewage discharge problems in Galway (the ones beside my home which I happen to know about, that is) include a letter sent through the registered post to Mr James Hamilton (Director of Public Prosecutions) on September 21st 2002, the text of which, plus copies of the several associated Post Office receipts, can be viewed at http://homepage.eircom.net/~williamfinnerty/21Sept2002_.htm .
