Court of Human Rights 'Application 25077/05' material included below, and
the closely associated extant warrant for my arrest (in the Republic of
Ireland), some recipients of this e-mail may wish to note
that:
a)
Minister for Justice Michael McDowell TD (and several other senior public
officials) were made aware of the "Article 6 (European Convention on
Human Rights)" type difficulties relating to my particular case as far back as
September 21st 2002, as can be seen at the following address:

and,
b) That according to the senior
social worker who is helping me (Mr Gerard Madden, Northern Ireland), who
I met the day before yesterday, it appears to be the case that Justice Michael
