Dear Sir / Madam,
Information regarding your organisation was given to me yesterday by Mr
Gerard Madden who is a Senior Social Worker based at Lissan House in Omagh
(County Tyrone, Northern Ireland).
Mr Madden is helping me with a set of problems which are proving
extremely difficult to resolve in a just manner.
I am writing to you because I am trying to find a suitably
experienced lawyer who will help me to fill in the
"Application" form for the European Court of Human
Rights.
If your organisation can help me in any way to find such a lawyer, it would
be very much appreciated if you could let myself or Mr Madden know as soon
as possible please.
Information relating to the particular human rights difficulties
I am experiencing, which relate directly to the "Convention for the
Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms", can be found at
the following Internet address:
I feel I should point out that I am suffering an enormous
amount of stress and trauma at present which I believe is in very large
part due to the fact that I am finding it so
difficult - impossible in fact so far - to find a lawyer who:
a) recognises the factual existence of the Convention for
the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and
b) is willing to act on my behalf and in my best
interests.
In recent weeks I have written twice to my GP (Dr Michael McCavert)
regarding the difficulties I am having with regard to finding such a
lawyer. Copies of the two letters in question, both of which are
self-explanatory I believe, can be seen at the following two Internet
addresses:
Yours faithfully,
William Finnerty.
PRINTED COPY (by hand) to: Dr Michael Mc
Cavert GP (Omagh Health Centre, County Tyrone, Northern
Ireland).
