As all hope of ever finding the legal help I so desperately
need slowly fades away, it feels as though I have been unlawfully and
unofficially condemned to a life of mental torture - by virtue of being
denied a number of my core legal rights (under human rights law), and all
without a trial of any kind, and without any proper opportunity to present my
case in a court of law.
I now find myself wondering how I am going
to cope with what for me is a very extraordinary and worrying situation, and I
feel I should try to make some plans.
Up to now, and as I believe I
related to both yourself and Dr McCavert, I felt the best treatment for the
Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I suffer from was to try and solve
the set of legal problems which have caused it, and which you and Dr McCavert
have of course very kindly tried to help me to do. Had it been possible through
our combined efforts to find a suitable lawyer to resolve these legal
problems, I believe the troublesome symptoms of the psychological injuries I am
now struggling with would have quickly withered away.
As the
"solve the legal problem" approach now seems impossible to me to achieve - at
least for the foreseeable future - I am wondering if it would be possible for me
to get some professional help for the Complex PTSD problem from a suitably
experienced psychiatrist: which, as I see it, would need to take full account of
the fact that the public-official perpetrators of the very serious crimes being
committed against me continue to obstruct and pervert the course of justice with
impunity in my particular case; and, in the process, thus provide me with a
never ending build-up of psychological stress and trauma to cope with: for the
rest of my life.
