06 September 2005 To Whom It May Concern: Re: Mr William Finnerty This man is having a long battle to try and achieve fair treatment through the courts. I know he is presently applying to the Court of Human Rights about his extremely unsatisfactory experiences to date. All the difficulties he has in accessing the Court of Human Rights are having an awful effect on his mental state and I believe that it is urgent that the Human Rights Court take his claim seriously.
