Subject: Open letter to Jack Duncan B.L.
KillaanWoodlawnBallinasloeCo Galway0909687778Dear Mr Duncan B.A.
Following our conversation on Saturday 18 October I understand that Greenstar succeeded in getting an indefinite injunction against me in the High Court. I do realise I could be mistaken and I want you to clarify this for me as I fully intend to appeal this decision (if true). I consider this (if true) to be a major violation of my human rights and will not allow this to stand. I was not represented or even notified that I was a defendant. As you know I was present as an observer in the court on that morning and you, among others, were present when I was told to leave because I was not a member of the Anti-Dump group or a defendant. At no stage was I told that there could be an injunction got against me and if I was aware an injunction could be got against me I would have either defended myself or, even though I am not a man of means, hired a solicitor to defend me.
From what I could gather from our conversation you represented the 3 named defendants only. I also gathered that you believe I (as I was not a defendant) do not have the right to appeal this decision which to me seems absurd and again (if true) a violation of my human rights. I do not intend to consult a solicitor until I get clarification from you on this matter but as you can see I am Cc-ing this to others for the record and expect that, the judge, all barristers and all solicitors are immediately suspended from practising and dispensing justice until there there is either a criminal investigation or judicial inquiry into this matter (if true). I am making this notification as I believe there is a time limit on the time allowed to lodge an appeal.
Yours,
Brendan Kelly.
