My problems relate to what (for want of a
better term) I tend to think of as "political, legal, and corporate corruption";
and, my attempts to openly challenge this very virulent, insidious and rotten
combination - which appears to me to be taking place on a massive and ever growing
scale in several countries all over the world, and which is being powerfully
fanned (morning, noon, and night it seems to me) by misleading talk that uses
euphemistic and alluring words and phrases such as "globalisation", "opening up
world markets", "competition", "world trade", "prosperity", "fighting
terrorism", "spreading democracy" (very heavily corrupted plutocracy more
like?), and so on.
All of these things (apart from the heavily corrupted
plutocracy) are fine by me - providing that "human rights law" is securely
globalised first - which, unfortunately, appears to me to be the very last thing
the perpetrators and beneficiaries of the corruption in question wish to see happen. Like
oil and water, human rights law, and human rights abuse and exploitation, do not
mix.
My problems also of course relate to the very severe
psychological torture and injury (involving Complex PTSD)I have suffered over the past several years as
a direct consequence of the above, and the fact that there seems to be no
practical means (at the present time) by which problems relating to such
psychological torture and injury - often delivered through the hands of so called "public servants", or "public officials" in United Nations terminology -
can satisfactorily be resolved from the viewpoint of the victims of such
abuse.

I feel it probably is "all about the same
thing" - which is the systemic corruption associated with the abuse of power by
public officials and others (which the "traditional" media are wholeheartedly supporting): and the
unwillingness of the legal profession to use the vast array of human rights laws
that are already in place to keep such abuse in check. Basically, it
appears to me that the legal profession (taken as a whole) is providing the
"keystone" type of support which enables all this corruption to flourish - together with all the
directly connected social problems such as Complex PTSD (including
the "explosive anger" symptom), depression, suicide, suicide bombers, terrorism, tribalism, resistance
movements, warfare, etcetera: which I tend to mostly see as the "unwanted children" of such corruption. And, as bullies
normally do, the "Superbullies" responsible for the corruption I
have felt
compelled to confront, and to keep on confronting, have gone on to supercharge the
original damage by
unlawfully punishing me for challenging their initial bout of unlawful
behaviour - so that the only way I can now avoid being corruptly
criminalised is to completely abandon my home and live in forced exile in a
different jurisdiction.
Incidentally, my "crime" is to have shouted at a public official (or "public
servant" in Republic of Ireland terminology) who refused to look at an
unlawful sewage discharge from the Primary School
near my home (in County Galway), which is managed I understand by the local
Parish Priest (Fr Pat Kenny), and which enters the river going
through the village about 100 yards or so upstream from the pump-house for
the local community water supply. Further information relating to this and

The local
government (Galway County Council) public official (Mr Enda Hoey)
was in the village at the time for the purpose of trying to force me to take
down a sign which contained an Internet address that carried information
relating to Article 28A.1 of the Constitution of Ireland ("Bunreacht na
hEireann") - and which local and central government obviously did not
want the general public to know anything about in the run-up to the May
2002 General Election, because it would get in the way of their
unconstitutional and unlawful plans to locate two huge rubbish dumps in the
area (virtually on top of the
Esker Riada, the most important by far
of the "Five Great Roads of Ancient Ireland"): one of which is to be located in New Inn
near the world famous
Turoe Stone, and
the other by Greenstar / National Toll Roads in Kilconnell near
Woodlawn House (the 1600s ancestral
home of the present Lord Ashtown). Further

noticed today what is perhaps a much more "Christian perspective" than mine at

- where efforts by a nun to "unmask the false religion and worship of national
security" have resulted in "41 months of incarceration" for a certain Sister
Ardeth Platte.
For myself, and without wishing to be disrespectful to
anyone, my experiences of the past several years have left me seriously
wondering if "The Original Sin" ("flaw", "weakness", or whatever?) might have had much more to do with
the kind of thinking which lays behind the corruption
(i.e. the several different forms of very contrived, high-powered, guile-ridden
and greedy human deceptions and fragmentations associated with severe shortfalls in the personal integrity of individual
human beings, particularly those "in positions of power") -
than with the apples and snakes Adam and Eve get so much blame
for?
All of this must surely mean more "big business" for the millions
of friendly dogs who have almost no capacity to be
dishonest!! Maybe this explains why so many people seem to find that
friendly dogs provide
much better (and safer) company than their fellow human beings?
Anyway, I am entirely happy for you to share my experiences with
others in your book - and should you wish to mention the http://www.constitutionofireland.com/ Internet address in your
book that's fine by me. Basically, I believe your idea of mentioning other
peoples' struggles in relation to your own is a very good one.
Also, I
could (if you consider it necessary) communicate a little with you perhaps to
explain things a bit more to you should you decide to use some of my
material. However, I cannot guarantee anything because of my present
situation regarding the Complex PTSD I now suffer from, and the fact that
the psychological injury concerned cannot sensibly be treated (as far as I
know) until the ongoing mental torture I'm being subjected to is somehow
stopped; I trust you will understand and accept these difficulties which I
have at the present time.
