Dear Commissioner Conroy, I would be very
grateful if you would please take careful note of the fact that I have not
received any reply from
Minister for Justice (and Deputy Prime Minister)
Michael McDowell TD to the letter I sent to him through the
registered post on August 4th 2006. A copy of the letter in
question can be seen at the following location:

Royal Mail "Track and trace" Internet service, the registered
letter referred to at the above address was delivered on
August 8th
2006.
Among several other things, it now appears to me that
Minister for Justice McDowell is:
a) Blatantly and wilfully
denying me my legal rights under the terms of
Article 13 of the Republic
of Ireland's
"European Convention on Human Rights Act 2003", which reads
as follows:
"Everyone whose rights and freedoms as set
forth in this Convention are violated shall have an effective remedy before a
national authority notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by
persons acting in an official capacity." (This piece of text has

b)
Blatantly and wilfully obstructing and perverting the course of justice - which
I believe is an
EXTREMELY serious crime - regarding the long-standing and
ongoing psychological abuse I am being subjected to at the hands of public
officials and bodies, which Minister for Justice McDowell was informed about in
a letter dated
November 7th 2005. This particular letter was written by
Senior Social Worker Mr Gerard Madden on my behalf, and it contained a

To Whom It May Concern" letter dated
October 28th 2005 from
Dr
Michael McCavert GP, at the Omagh Health Centre, in Northern Ireland. Copies
of both the letters in question can be seen at the following address:

wish to stress to all concerned that Minister for Justice McDowell appears to be
COMPLETELY IGNORING the above mentioned letter
written by
Dr McCavert GP. Among other things, this appears to me
to be an extremely arrogant and lawless way for Minister for Justice McDowell to
be behaving.
Please find enclosed (with the printed
version of this letter I am sending to you) a copy of Dr McCavert's letter dated
October 28th 2005, and please note there is strong evidence of a link between
the
Complex-PTSD he has stated I am suffering from "
at the hands of
individuals and public officials and bodies", and the "
how bullying,
harassment and abuse cause stress and injury to health, including psychiatric
injury, trauma and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD)"
statement in Paragraph 4, under the heading "
Description" at the

In spite
of the fact that the very first sentence in
Article 40.1 of the
"
Fundamental Rights" section of
Bunreacht na hÉireann (the
Constitution of the Republic of Ireland) clearly states that
"All citizens
shall, as human persons, be held equal before the law", it seems to me that
Minister for Justice McDowell and his public official supporters wish to keep on
putting themselves above the law, and me beneath it: so that they can continue
to bully me indefinitely through the misuse and abuse of the
law.

legal profession as well of course), which I would ask you to consider very

all the political, legal, and corporate corruption now going on in the world,

to, I came across numerous articles on the Internet which relate to highly
secretive and exclusive cliques and organisations, which appear to be
collectively known to many as the "
Illuminati".
Some
of what I have read regarding these groups (i.e. the
Bilderbergers, the
Bohemian Group, and the
Trilateral Commission for example) makes
for what I believe many people would regard as truly shocking reading. I would
ask you to note that Minister for Justice McDowell is known to be associated
with the "Bilderberg" Group. For your convenience, which I hope you will

accounts of plans to unlawfully get rid of such things as democracy, human
rights law, soverign states, as well as much of the world's population (no
less!!) - all to be achieved by plutocracy, corruption and bullying which the

media barons" associated with these groups are fraudulently marketing
for the "mass-market" as "democracy and the rule-of-law". Central to their
"
New World Order" plan it seems, and substantiated by high quality
evidence provided by
Mr Ashley Mote MEP, is the so called
"
Illuminati's global slush fund" - which is reported to be in the
region of "
65 Trillion United States Dollars"
, and managed from
Brussels apparently.
(I trust you will be investigating Mr Mote's
very potent evidence as a matter of urgency, and in the best interests of the
"common good" of the citizens of the Republic of Ireland.)
I
would like to point out that the "
keystone" for supporting all the
criminal skulduggery outlined above is being provided by the legal profession
apparently: which I feel explains why they (i.e. the legal profession) are
refusing to help me, and which makes it essential (for me) that you and your
senior public official colleagues now take proactive steps to ensure that I am
provided with the benefit of my legal rights under under
Article 13 of
the Republic of Ireland's
"European Convention on Human Rights Act
2003".
I would be very grateful if you would let me have a
written reply to this letter within the coming 14 days please: keeping in mind,
if you would, that it is now almost two years since
Garda (Policeman) Tom
Kenny, New Inn, County Galway, threatened to bully me into appearing before
a court of law in a manner which blatantly violates my legal rights under
Article 6 of the Republic of Ireland's
"European Convention on Human
Rights Act 2003" - which can also be viewed at

earlier correspondence, the only way that I could peacefully and lawfully avoid
this abuse by Garda Kenny was to flee the Republic of Ireland in the early hours
of December 7th 2004.)
Later today I will send a printed and signed
copy of this letter to you through the registered post, and I will include the
address I would like you to reply to me at, which is where I am at present
living in
Northern Ireland (in forced-exile to avoid being
corruptly criminalised the Republic of Ireland).
As I have business
I need to attend to in the Republic of Ireland, it would help me a lot if you
could please let me have a written assurance that all matters to do with the
extant warrant for my arrest will be put be put in abeyance
until such time as the Article 13 "Right to an effective remedy" I requested
from Minister for Justice McDowell on August 4th 2006 have been dealt
with.
