"Otherwise, and assuming I've understood the arguments set out in
the article correctly, it will be 'trial by judge' - where the judge/s in

DANGER:
Beware of Statismby W. Finnerty. Thu Aug 02, 2007
09:45 With all those in mind who now have to
defend themselves in
court (regarding recent
M3 /
Hill of
Tara issues), there are some useful insights in the article at the address
provided below which outline how, over a long period, so many people in Ireland
(and elsewhere) have been hoodwinked into believing
despotism is
democracy.
According to this article, it would appear that
"
trial by jury" would be an absolute must - if those now facing trial are
to stand ANY chance at all of receiving justice through our
courts.
Otherwise, and assuming I've understood the arguments set
out in the article correctly, it will be "
trial by judge" - where the
judge/s in question will be vigorously acting on behalf of a government that is
hell-bent on bringing
statist policies to fruition in connection with the
planned M3 PPP toll road (at present scheduled to run very close to the Hill of
Tara).
For those not
familiar with the term "statist", it basically refers to the
use of political and legal policies and tactics which are designed to put
individuals and communities into a relatively very weak position (and keep them
there!!): compared to that of the government. Please note

Democracy Defined" article at the following address is in PDF format

The
contents of the above mentioned "Democracy Defined" article would very well
explain why all three branches of the
Republic of Ireland Government
(Legislative, Executive, and Judicial) are
STILL - despite
several reminders during recent years - collectively and
unlawfully failing in their constitutional duty to have the
genuinely pro-democratic
United Nations "Aarhus Convention Agreement",
which the Republic of Ireland signed in
1998,
"laid before Dáil Eireann (Parliament)
" - as is
required by
Article 29.5.1 of
Bunreacht na hEireann (Constitution
of the Republic of Ireland).
