In all three of the e-mails reproduced at the above addresses, the official Yahoo "internet tracking and message identification" information has been very deliberately included: in order to make it as difficult as possible for the recipients concerned to make claims in the future, in public, of the "we knew nothing about this" kind. (Believe it or not, I actually got an e-mail reply from the Whitehouse in Washington.)

You may wish to also note that the e-mails at the first two addresses above contain the following additional piece of text:

"Interestingly, and as far as I know, neither the European Union nor the Council of Europe use juries. Instead, I understand they rely ENTIRELY on judges. If this is the case, then the implications seem obvious, and shocking."

One of the subtleties I've noticed (regarding what I now tend to think of as the "Jefferson/Wilson Problem"), is that many people in each of the countries/nations being severely damaged tend to imagine it's just a local problem. In reality, the same (or very similar) set of problems appears to me to be happening in dozens of countries around the world simultaneously; and, the reason is simple I believe: the source of the overall trouble is the same.

Incidentally, and though I have not so far had the time to look carefully at all of your web site, I believe some of your information may be particularly useful for people living in the Republic of Ireland, because there is a general election due to take place there in a few months time, and many voters are completely baffled by some of the amazing "goings-on" which have taken place there during the past 10 years or so. If you have nothing better to do sometime, consider (for example) the following situations:

Because only Juries will smash the Banks, the Banks are determined to eliminate the Right to Trial by Jury in the Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, etc. However, the Right to Trial by Jury is inalienable under English Common Law with its guarantees in the Charters of Liberty. A conviction by a Magistrate without your consent to waive your Right to Trial by Jury for that particular case is illegal (see: Petition of Right 1627, etc.).

It is my understanding that European Statute Law does not encompass the Right to Trial by Jury. If the People of the UK surrender their Sovereignty ( a Sovereignty which they have by virtue of English Common Law) and submit to European Statute Law, then the Charters of Liberty (eg: Magna Carta, etc.) are abolished, to the delight of the Banks. That means the People of the UK are no longer Freemen but Slaves and Legal Fictions.

A Queen of the UK, who would sign Treaties to surrender the Sovereignty of her People, is indeed a Traitor. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second's uncle, His Majesty King Edward the Eighth was called "The Traitor King" because he consorted with Adolf Hitler...is history being revisited? Aren't Her Majesty's Ministers in the UK Parliament pushing through legislation, at this very moment, to eliminate the Right to Trial by Jury?

Doesn't the UK National Anthem, "God Save the Queen", say, "May she defend our laws"?

What are you going to do about it????
